Don’t know your credentials?
You can also access your reports using your support code:
- Open StepSense Gold.
- Go to Menu → Assist with Support.
- Use the username/email address displayed at the top in the email address field.
- Select Use support code instead and enter the User Company Challenge Link ID shown at the bottom—for example, 99832.
